Entrepreneurs in Shropshire are being invited to apply for a slice of £100,000 cash. The 2009 Morgan Foundation Entrepreneur Awards are open for entries, with cash prizes and services available to the winners. Now in its 3rd year the awards are aimed at charities, social enterprises, businesses and entrepreneur from Shropshire, Wolverhampton, Cheshire, north Wales and Merseyside. Social Enterprise Awards
The Social Enterprise Coalition is calling on social enterprises from across the UK to apply for the brand new Social Enterprise Awards, the application runs until 28 September 2009.
The Social Enterprise Awards have the following categories: Best Social Enterprise (turnover of £1 million plus); Best Social Enterprise (turnover of less than £1 million) and Best New Social Enteprise. Winners can receive up to £5,000 as well as business support packages and a national media platform to promote themselves.
